Caicu - Logo & Branding Design

I was tasked with the design and development of a cohesive brand identity for Caicu Designs, a Puerto Rican business that focuses on landscaping, considering nature's harmony, with the goal fo stimulating abundance. The goal was to create a brand that conveyed their nature-driven mission, and combined modernity with traditional Puerto Rican iconography. The final design successfully captures Caicu Designs' environmental essence, utilizing organic imagery such as the sun, moon, mountains and a tree. The shape of the mountains alludes to the Taino concept of a "cemí" (say-mee), an object that Native Puerto Ricans considered to be a representation of God. The brand identity has been implemented across all touchpoints, creating a recognizable and unified client experience.
